"Rags" is a good defensive defenseman. What you see is what you get. He is very consistent and solid defensively. He has good speed, passes well, and uses his size to his advantage. He won't alway go around hitting every player he sees, but he will use his body to block opponents. Marcus won't get too fancy with the puck or make bad decisions. He knows his limits and stays within them.
